We offer a homewatch service that will make sure your home is taken care of and safe when you’re not there. A professional, background screened employee will be assigned to your home who is trained in Homewatch.
After each weekly or bi-weekly inspection you will received a report. A big part of providing homewatch service is checking your exterior for general security – and ensuring that everything is where it should be and in good working order. We have a 20-point interior and exterior checklist that we cover on each and every inspection. If we note any issues you will receive a phone call right away.
Our inspection report consists of:
- Check your HVAC
- Filter clean and dry
- AC pan dry
- Humidity and temperature readings
- Turn on water and check for leaks.
- Check ceiling/walls closets for external water leaks
- Flush test toilets
- Refrigerator/freezer temperature
- Pest inspection
- Electric Box/fuses
- Security of all doors/windows still secure and no apparent forced entry.
- Check for any mold/mildew growth

- General roof observation
- Exterior household observation
- Gutters
- Garage
