Welcome to CleanFlorida. By visiting https://clean-florida.com, submitting a form, placing a booking, or keeping a card on file, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies below. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- If you create an account or portal login, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Website use
- Use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Prohibited uses include accessing nonpublic areas, interfering with security or performance, scraping or harvesting data, and submitting false or misleading information.
4. Quotes, estimates, and bookings
- Prices shown online or provided by phone, text, or email are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual condition, size, access, scope, and time required.
- We may adjust scope, timing, and price after an on-site assessment or upon arrival if conditions differ from those described during booking.
- Minimum service charges or labor minimums may apply. Current minimums will be shown at booking or confirmed by our team.
- Recurring service discounts apply only while the recurrence remains active.
5. Access and safety
- Provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time.
- For safety and insurance reasons, we do not clean areas that pose hazards, including active infestations, mold, bodily fluids, or unsafe structures. We may decline or stop work when conditions are unsafe or outside scope.
- Please secure pets and share any special instructions. We are pet friendly but not responsible for unsecured pets.
- Additionally we do not clean up any pet waste.
6. Cancellation, rescheduling, lockouts, and skipped cleanings
By booking an appointment with CleanFlorida you agree to the following policies.
- Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance (2 business days).
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance incur a $75 cancellation charge.
- Same-day cancellations or cancellations at the door, including situations where our team cannot gain access at the scheduled time, are charged the full cleaning fee.
- These fees help compensate our cleaning technicians. We hire and retain top local staff and promise dependable hours. Last-minute cancellations directly impact their livelihood.
- If you skip a recurring appointment, your next visit is billed at the rate that reflects the new interval. Example: a bi-weekly client who skips a visit will be billed at the monthly rate for the next appointment. Once you return to your original cadence, your rate adjusts back.
7. Payment, fees, and card authorization
- All appointments must have a valid credit card on file.
- We accept Visa and MasterCard. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due at the time of service.
- CleanFlorida uses PCI-compliant payment processors.
- Your card data is encrypted and handled securely.
- We will never jeopardize or compromise your credit card information.
- By keeping a card on file, you authorize CleanFlorida and its payment processors to place a temporary authorization hold prior to service and to charge your card for the final service amount, along with any applicable fees described in these Terms.
- Unpaid balances may accrue a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law. You are also responsible for reasonable costs of collection, including attorney’s fees, if permitted by law.
- Tips are always optional and go directly to your cleaning professionals.
8. Our commitment to you
We take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services. Our team is committed to a professional, efficient, and enjoyable experience. If you have questions about these policies, contact us. We are here to help and want you to be satisfied with our services.
9. Satisfaction policy and re-clean
- If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of service. We will make reasonable efforts to address the concern with a re-clean of the specific areas.
- Re-cleans apply only to the original scope and do not include new or additional tasks.
10. Property damage and limitations
- Report any concerns within 24 hours. We are insured and review claims in good faith.
- CleanFlorida is not liable for normal wear, pre-existing damage, loose items, or unstable fixtures.
- Please secure or remove delicate or high-value items prior to service.
- Our team is not insured to be on any ladder over 6 feet.
- We do not clean inside curio cabinets.
- Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service.
11. Photos and testimonials
- With your permission, our team may take before and after photos to document scope and quality. These are used for internal training and quality control.
- We will not publish photos that identify you or your address without your written consent.
- If you submit a review or testimonial, you grant CleanFlorida a nonexclusive license to use and display that content for marketing in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. SMS, email, and notifications
- By providing your phone number or email, you agree to receive service messages such as confirmations, reminders, updates, and follow-ups.
- Marketing messages are sent only with your consent. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.
- You can opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP and request support by replying HELP. You can unsubscribe from marketing email by using the unsubscribe link. Transactional messages related to bookings may continue.
13. Third-party services and links
- The site may integrate with scheduling, payment, CRM, or review platforms operated by third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.
- CleanFlorida is not responsible for third-party sites or services and provides links for convenience only.
14. Intellectual property
- The site and its content, including logos, text, graphics, and software, are owned by or licensed to CleanFlorida and protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
15. Feedback
- If you send ideas or suggestions, you grant CleanFlorida the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
16. Disclaimers
- Services are provided with reasonable care and skill.
- Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the site and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
- CleanFlorida disclaims all warranties not expressly provided here, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement, to the extent permitted by law.
17. Limitation of liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, CleanFlorida, its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
- Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the site or any service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
18. Indemnification
- You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CleanFlorida and its personnel from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the site or services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
19. Service changes and availability
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site or services at any time. Scheduling is subject to staff availability, weather, safety conditions, and holidays.
20. Privacy
- Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site or services, you consent to those practices.
21. Changes to these Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
22. Governing law, disputes, and venue
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
- Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Collier County, Florida, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.
- You and CleanFlorida waive any right to a jury trial and agree to bring claims only on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action.
23. Severability, waiver, and assignment
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
- You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
