CleanFlorida Terms of Service
Last updated: Sept 11, 2025
Welcome to CleanFlorida.
By visiting https://clean-florida.com, submitting a form, placing a booking, or keeping a card on file, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies below. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.
1) Acceptance of these terms
By visiting our website, booking service, or otherwise engaging with CleanFlorida, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2) Services we provide
We provide residential and light commercial cleaning services, including one-time, deep, move in or move out, and recurring maintenance cleans. Specialized or add-on services may require separate pricing and approval.
3) Quotes, pricing, and scope
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change if conditions differ on site, for example excessive soil, construction dust, or add-on requests. We will seek your approval before performing work outside the quoted scope.
4) Scheduling, access, and arrival window
Appointments are scheduled within an arrival window. We do our best to arrive on time, subject to traffic, weather, and job conditions. You are responsible for providing safe access, alarms disarmed or codes provided, pets secured, and parking instructions.
5) Card on file, payment, and overdue accounts
A valid payment method is required to book. You authorize CleanFlorida to charge your card on file for services rendered, applicable fees, and any late or lockout fees. Invoices are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Recurring clients with two unpaid visits may be removed from the schedule until the account is current.
6) Cancellations, reschedules, and lockouts
Please give at least 24 business hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations, lockouts, or no access on arrival may incur a fee up to the full service amount to cover crew time and travel.
7) Satisfaction guarantee
We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If you notify us within 24 hours of service that something was missed within the agreed scope, we will return to address it promptly. Some limits apply to items outside scope or to pre-existing conditions.
8) Breakage, damage, and limitations
Accidents are rare but possible. Please notify us within 24 hours of any concern. CleanFlorida is not liable for pre-existing damage, unstable items, improperly secured fixtures, artwork, electronics, or delicate items not disclosed. We do not lift heavy furniture, use ladders above a safe height, or clean areas that pose a hazard.
9) Supplies and safety
We use professional supplies and equipment. If you request we use your products, you accept responsibility for results and any reactions. For everyone’s safety, please keep children and pets away from work areas during service.
10) Photos and quality assurance
With your consent, staff may take before and after photos of work areas for quality control, training, and proof of performance. We do not photograph personal or sensitive items.
11) Recurring service adjustments
Home conditions change. We may recommend adjustments to frequency or scope if time requirements consistently increase or decrease. We will communicate changes in advance.
12) Weather, holidays, and unforeseen events
Severe weather, road closures, illness, or other events may require rescheduling. Holiday schedules may shift by mutual agreement.
13) Website use, content, and intellectual property
All content on our website is owned by or licensed to CleanFlorida and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, distribute, or modify content without permission. Links to third parties are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
14) Disclaimers
Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, CleanFlorida disclaims warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
15) Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, CleanFlorida’s total liability for any claim arising from services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. Incidental or consequential damages are excluded.
16) Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify CleanFlorida, its owners, and employees from claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of our services, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
17) SMS and email communications
