What's Included in Your Maintenance Clean?

Kitchen Counters, sink, appliances & floors
- Clean accessible, cleared countertops and backsplash surfaces.
- Clean and polish sink and faucets.
- Wipe stovetop and accessible burners.
- Wipe accessible appliance exteriors.
- Clean microwave interior and exterior.
- Spot-wipe cabinet and drawer fronts as needed.
- Dust accessible surfaces and remove routine cobwebs.
- Empty kitchen trash and replace liner when provided.
- Vacuum and damp-mop appropriate flooring.
Good to Know: Maintenance cleaning addresses everyday dirt and spills, not accumulated grease or stubborn buildup. Inside cabinets, drawers, ovens, and refrigerators are not included.
Bathrooms Showers, tubs, toilets, mirrors & floors
- Clean showers and bathtubs as part of routine maintenance.
- Clean accessible shower glass.
- Clean toilets, including accessible exterior surfaces and base.
- Clean sinks, faucets, and cleared countertops.
- Clean mirrors.
- Spot-wipe cabinet and drawer fronts as needed.
- Dust accessible surfaces and fixtures.
- Empty bathroom trash and replace liner when provided.
- Vacuum and damp-mop appropriate flooring.
Good to Know: Maintenance cleaning helps prevent everyday buildup but does not include intensive grout scrubbing, heavy soap-scum removal, or restoration of stained surfaces.
Bedrooms Furniture, beds, dusting & floors
- Dust accessible, reasonably cleared furniture surfaces.
- Dust safe decorative items and accessible surfaces.
- Make beds using existing bedding. Linen change not included in base rate.
- Vacuum accessible upholstery and cushion surfaces without removing cushions.
- Vacuum rugs and carpeting.
- Vacuum and damp-mop appropriate hard flooring.
- Lightly dust safely reachable areas beneath beds and furniture without moving heavy pieces.
- Perform scheduled rotating high or low dusting tasks.
Good to Know: Bed linen changes are available as an add-on. Please have clothing, toys, and personal belongings picked up before our visit.
Living Areas & Common Spaces Furniture, décor, upholstery & floors
- Dust accessible, reasonably cleared furniture surfaces.
- Dust safe decorative items, lamps, and accessible surfaces.
- Clean accessible routine glass surfaces, such as mirrors and glass tabletops.
- Vacuum accessible upholstery and cushion surfaces without removing cushions.
- Vacuum rugs and carpeting.
- Vacuum and damp-mop appropriate hard flooring.
- Lightly dust safely reachable areas beneath furniture without moving heavy pieces.
- Perform scheduled rotating high or low dusting tasks.
Good to Know: Detailed hand-wiping of baseboards, doors, frames, and accumulated buildup is not part of routine Maintenance Cleaning.
Windows, Sliding Doors & Blinds Interior sills, shutters, approved blinds & sliding glass doors
- Clean accessible interior window sills and lock ledges.
- Dust approved horizontal blinds, including wood blinds, during scheduled high dusting.
- Dust accessible plantation shutters during scheduled high dusting.
- Clean both sides of up to two safely accessible sliding glass door panels.
- Spot-wipe accessible door surfaces when needed for routine maintenance.
Good to Know: Windows remain closed. Window glass, tracks, and screens are excluded. Vertical and metal blinds are not cleaned. Additional sliding glass door panels beyond the two included in the base rate may be scheduled as an add-on.
Our Rotating Detail Dusting
Keeping your home beautifully maintained means paying attention to the little details, too! In addition to your regular cleaning tasks, our team rotates attention between higher and lower areas of your home.
High Dusting
Includes accessible ceiling fans, approved blinds, plantation shutters, light fixture exteriors (we do not remove globes), and other reachable high surfaces.
Low Dusting
Includes routine dusting of accessible baseboards, lower ledges, and other reachable low areas.
Weekly & Biweekly Clients
High and low detail dusting rotate between visits according to our cleaning schedule.
Monthly Clients
Both high and low dusting are included during each scheduled visit.
Good to Know: Rotating dusting is routine maintenance, not detailed hand-wiping or removal of accumulated buildup. If you have many frames and decorative accessories, be sure to give an accurate "clutter" code.

Clear Countertops & Surfaces
Put away toiletries, paperwork, and personal belongings.
Take Care of the Dishes
Please wash or put away dishes before we arrive. Dishwashing can be scheduled separately. Dishes beyond a few items in the sink are not included in your base rate.
Pick Up Floors
Remove clothing, toys, laundry, and other items. Home organizing can be added to your base rate.
Protect Your Special Belongings
Secure fragile, valuable, sentimental, or irreplaceable items.
Let Us Know About Unstable Items
Please alert us to loose shelves, unsecured artwork, mirrors, or damaged fixtures.

Help keep everyone safe and comfortable.
Confirm Access
Make sure keys, gate codes, door codes, and entry instructions are current.

Our Maintenance Clean is designed to maintain an already-clean home. Some tasks require a more detailed service or additional cleaning time.
Heavy buildup, grease removal, or intensive scrubbing.
Detailed hand-wiping of baseboards, doors, and door frames.
Inside cabinets and drawers.
Inside ovens, refrigerators, freezers, and dishwashers.
Window glass, tracks, and screens.
Organizing, decluttering, and dishwashing.

- Double-Scrub cleaning or detailed RESET cleaning.
- Vertical and metal blinds.
- Full wall washing.
- Moving heavy furniture or appliances.
- Garage cleaning.
- Carpet or upholstery shampooing and stain treatments.
- Fixture disassembly, ladder work, and inaccessible high areas.
- Permanent stain removal, restoration, or repairs.
- Pest infestations, biohazards, and pet or human waste cleanup.
- Cleaning delicate, valuable, or irreplaceable items.
Safety First: Our technicians work from floor level or an approved three-step stool. We do not perform ladder work or disassemble fixtures.

Some excluded tasks are available as separately scheduled add-on services.

We treat your home and belongings with care. However, some items are simply too valuable, delicate, or irreplaceable to risk cleaning.
For everyone's peace of mind, please secure fragile, valuable, sentimental, or irreplaceable belongings before your cleaning. Let our office know about any items our team should avoid or any unstable fixtures.

- Inside curio or display cabinets containing crystal, collectibles, or delicate items.
- Valuable or irreplaceable artwork, antiques, heirlooms, or collectibles.
- Pianos and other delicate musical instruments.
- Fragile items requiring specialized handling or cleaning products.
Please secure these belongings and let our office know about anything our team should avoid.
Shelves, mirrors, artwork, light fixtures, and other wall-mounted items should be securely installed. Please alert us to loose, unstable, or damaged items.
