Some homes need a little extra love, and that's exactly what our RESET Initial Clean is designed for!
Before cleaning begins, your Deep Clean Specialist will walk through your home, identify areas that may need extra attention, and explain what to expect.
Here's how our Double-Scrub Approach works:
Identify the tough spots.
During the initial walkthrough, we'll point out areas with stubborn dirt or buildup that may need extra attention.
Give them extra care.
These areas receive up to two cleaning passes where needed.
Keep the whole home moving.
If buildup doesn't respond after two passes, we'll move on to make sure the rest of your home receives the attention it deserves.
Revisit if time allows.
Once the scheduled cleaning is complete, we may return to stubborn areas if time permits.
Good to Know: Some permanent stains, mineral deposits, grout discoloration, and surface damage cannot be reversed through professional cleaning alone.
Our goal is simple: Give your entire home a fresh start without getting stuck on one stubborn spot!
Before We Arrive: Let's Get Your Home Ready!
A little preparation helps our team spend more time cleaning and less time working around personal belongings.
Clear countertops and surfaces.
Put away toiletries, paperwork, and personal items.
Take care of the dishes.
Please wash or put away dishes before we arrive. Dishwashing is available as an add-on.
Pick up floors.
Remove toys, clothing, laundry, and other belongings.
Protect your special belongings.
Secure fragile, valuable, sentimental, or irreplaceable items.
Check for loose or unstable items.
Let us know about unsecured shelves, artwork, mirrors, or damaged fixtures so our team can avoid them.
Secure your pets.
Help keep everyone safe and comfortable during cleaning.
Confirm access.
Make sure gate codes, keys, door codes, and entry instructions are up to date.
Have utilities ready.
Running water, electricity, and working air conditioning must be available.
The more accessible your home is, the more attention we can give to the cleaning!
What's Not Included in Your RESET Clean?
We believe in clear expectations so there are no surprises on cleaning day.
Standard Exclusions
Inside cabinets and drawers.
Inside ovens, refrigerators, freezers, and dishwashers.
Window glass, window tracks, and screens.
Vertical and metal blinds.
Moving heavy furniture or appliances.
Organizing, decluttering, and dishwashing.
Additional Exclusions
- Full wall washing.
- Garage cleaning.
- Carpet or upholstery shampooing and stain treatments.
- Fixture disassembly, ladder work, or inaccessible high areas.
- Permanent stain removal, restoration, or repairs.
- Pest infestations, biohazards, or pet/human waste cleanup.
- Cleaning delicate, valuable, or irreplaceable items.
Safety First: Our technicians work from floor level or an approved three-step stool. We do not perform ladder work or disassemble fixtures.
Some excluded services, such as oven interiors, refrigerator interiors, dishwashing, and organizing, may be scheduled separately as add-ons.
Delicate, Valuable & Irreplaceable Items
We treat your home and belongings with care. However, some items are simply too valuable, delicate, or irreplaceable to risk cleaning.
Protecting What Matters Most. For the protection of your belongings, our team does not clean fragile, valuable, sentimental, or irreplaceable items. Please secure these belongings and notify our office before your appointment so our team can avoid them.
We treat your home and belongings with care. However, some items are simply too valuable, delicate, or irreplaceable to risk cleaning.
For the protection of your belongings, our team does not clean:
- Inside curio or display cabinets containing collectibles, crystal, or other delicate items.
- Valuable or irreplaceable artwork, antiques, heirlooms, and collectibles.
- Pianos and other delicate musical instruments.
- Fragile items requiring specialized handling, products, or cleaning techniques.
If an item is especially valuable, sentimental, fragile, or cannot easily be replaced, please secure it and let our office know before your appointment so our team can avoid it.
Please also make sure shelves, mirrors, artwork, light fixtures, and other wall-mounted items are securely installed. Let us know about anything loose, unstable, or damaged.
