General One-Time Cleaning is available exclusively to returning CleanFlorida clients.
New to CleanFlorida? Your first appointment begins with our RESET Initial Clean . That doesn't mean your home necessarily needs intensive deep scrubbing! Our RESET Initial Clean allows us to become familiar with your home, assess its cleaning needs, and establish the right foundation for future services.
Once you've completed your initial RESET Clean, General One-Time Cleaning may be a great option for future visits, provided your home remains in maintained condition.

Kitchen Counters, appliances, sink & floors
- Clean accessible, cleared countertops and backsplash surfaces.
- Clean and polish sink and faucets.
- Wipe stovetop and accessible burners.
- Wipe accessible appliance exteriors.
- Clean microwave interior and exterior.
- Spot-wipe cabinet and drawer fronts as needed.
- Dust accessible surfaces and remove routine cobwebs.
- Empty kitchen trash and replace liner when provided.
- Vacuum and damp-mop appropriate flooring.
Good to Know: This is routine kitchen cleaning. Heavy grease, accumulated buildup, and intensive scrubbing are not included. Inside cabinets, drawers, ovens, and refrigerators are excluded.
Bathrooms Showers, tubs, toilets, mirrors & floors
- Clean showers and bathtubs with routine cleaning methods. Double-Scrubbing or mold removal is not included.
- Clean accessible shower glass.
- Clean toilets, including accessible exterior surfaces and base.
- Clean sinks, faucets, and cleared countertops.
- Clean mirrors.
- Spot-wipe cabinet and drawer fronts as needed.
- Dust accessible surfaces and fixtures.
- Remove routine cobwebs.
- Empty bathroom trash and replace liner when provided.
- Vacuum and damp-mop appropriate flooring.
Good to Know: Heavy soap scum, mineral buildup, detailed grout scrubbing, and restoration are not included.
Bedrooms Furniture, beds, dusting & floors
- Dust accessible, reasonably cleared furniture surfaces.
- Dust safe decorative items, lamps, and accessible surfaces.
- Dust accessible ceiling fans and light fixture exteriors.
- Dust accessible baseboards and lower ledges.
- Remove routine cobwebs.
- Make beds using existing bedding. Linen changes are not included in the base price.
- Vacuum accessible upholstery and cushion surfaces without removing cushions.
- Vacuum rugs and carpeting.
- Vacuum and damp-mop appropriate hard flooring.
- Clean safely reachable areas beneath furniture without moving heavy pieces.
Good to Know: Both high and low dusting are included every visit. Detailed hand-wiping of baseboards and woodwork is not included. Bed linen changes may be scheduled as an add-on.
Living Areas & Common Spaces Furniture, décor, upholstery & floors
- Dust accessible, reasonably cleared furniture surfaces.
- Dust safe decorative items, lamps, and accessible surfaces.

- Clean accessible routine glass surfaces, including mirrors and glass tabletops.
- Vacuum accessible upholstery and cushion surfaces without removing cushions.
- Vacuum rugs and carpeting.
- Vacuum and damp-mop appropriate hard flooring.
- Clean safely reachable areas beneath furniture without moving heavy pieces.
Good to Know: General Cleaning includes routine dusting, not detailed hand-wiping, heavy furniture moving, or buildup removal.
Windows, Sliding Doors & Blinds Interior sills, approved blinds & sliding glass doors
- Clean accessible interior window sills and lock ledges.
- Dust approved horizontal blinds, including wood blinds.
- Dust accessible plantation shutters.
- Clean both sides of up to two safely accessible sliding glass door panels.
- Spot-wipe accessible interior doors as needed.
Good to Know: Windows remain closed. Window glass, window tracks, and screens are not included. Vertical and metal blinds are excluded. Additional sliding glass door panels may be scheduled separately.
Our Double-Scrub Approach
Some homes need a little extra love, and that's exactly what our RESET Initial Clean is designed for!
Before cleaning begins, your Deep Clean Specialist will walk through your home, identify areas that may need extra attention, and explain what to expect.
Here's how our Double-Scrub Approach works:
Identify the tough spots.
During the initial walkthrough, we'll point out areas with stubborn dirt or buildup that may need extra attention.
Give them extra care.
These areas receive up to two cleaning passes where needed.
Keep the whole home moving.
If buildup doesn't respond after two passes, we'll move on to make sure the rest of your home receives the attention it deserves.
Revisit if time allows.
Once the scheduled cleaning is complete, we may return to stubborn areas if time permits.
Good to Know: Some permanent stains, mineral deposits, grout discoloration, and surface damage cannot be reversed through professional cleaning alone.
Our goal is simple: Give your entire home a fresh start without getting stuck on one stubborn spot!
High & Low Dusting — Every Visit!
Unlike our recurring Maintenance Clean, which follows a rotating detail-dusting schedule, our General One-Time Clean includes both high and low dusting during every appointment.
High Dusting
Accessible ceiling fans, approved blinds, plantation shutters, light fixture exteriors, and other safely reachable high surfaces.
Low Dusting
Accessible baseboards, lower ledges, and other safely reachable low surfaces.
Both high and low dusting are included during every General One-Time Clean.
Good to Know: These are routine dusting tasks. Detailed hand-wiping, heavy buildup removal, and intensive scrubbing are not included.

Clear Countertops & Surfaces
Put away toiletries, paperwork, and personal belongings.
Take Care of the Dishes
Please wash or put away dishes before we arrive. Dishwashing beyond a few glasses or items in the sink is not included.
Pick Up Floors
Remove clothing, toys, laundry, and other belongings. Home organizing is not included in your base rate.
Protect Special Belongings
Secure fragile, valuable, sentimental, or irreplaceable items.
Check for Loose or Unstable Items
Let us know about unsecured shelves, mirrors, artwork, or damaged fixtures.
Secure Pets
Help keep everyone safe and comfortable.
Confirm Access
Make sure gate codes, keys, door codes, and entry instructions are current.
Have Utilities Ready
Running water, electricity, and working air conditioning must be available.

Our General One-Time Clean is designed for homes that are already maintained between visits.
Heavy buildup and intensive scrubbing.
Detailed hand-wiping of baseboards, doors, and frames.
Detailed tile and grout scrubbing.
Inside cabinets and drawers.
Inside ovens, refrigerators, freezers, and dishwashers.
Window glass, tracks, and screens.

- Heavy dirt, grease, soap scum, or accumulated buildup.
- Double-Scrub cleaning or intensive deep cleaning.
- Detailed hand-wiping of woodwork.
- Vertical and metal blinds.
- Full wall washing.
- Moving heavy furniture or appliances.
- Organizing, decluttering, and dishwashing.
- Garage cleaning.
- Carpet or upholstery shampooing and stain treatments.
- Fixture disassembly, ladder work, and inaccessible high areas.
- Permanent stain removal, restoration, or repairs.
- Pest infestations, biohazards, or pet/human waste cleanup.
- Cleaning delicate, valuable, or irreplaceable items.
Safety First: Our technicians work from floor level or an approved three-step stool. We do not perform ladder work or disassemble fixtures.
Some excluded tasks may be available as separately scheduled add-ons.
Delicate, Valuable & Irreplaceable Items
We treat your home and belongings with care. However, some items are simply too valuable, delicate, or irreplaceable to risk cleaning.
Please secure fragile, valuable, sentimental, or irreplaceable belongings before your cleaning. Let our office know about anything our team should avoid, including loose or unstable fixtures.

Our team does not clean:
- Inside curio or display cabinets containing crystal, collectibles, or delicate items.
- Valuable artwork, antiques, heirlooms, or irreplaceable collectibles.
- Pianos and delicate musical instruments.
- Fragile items requiring specialized handling or cleaning products.
Please secure these belongings before your appointment and let our office know about anything our team should avoid.
Please also notify us about loose, unstable, or damaged shelves, mirrors, artwork, light fixtures, and other wall-mounted items.

No additional cleaning time or charges will be added without your approval.
