Kitchen
- Hand-wipe cleared countertops and accessible backsplashes
- Clean stovetop and accessible burners
- Wipe appliance exteriors and clean microwave inside and out
- Hand-wipe cabinet and drawer fronts and handles
- Clean range hood exterior
- Clean sink and polish faucets
- Dust accessible ceiling fans, fixtures, and remove cobwebs
- Hand-wipe accessible baseboards
- Empty trash; vacuum and damp-mop floors
Bathrooms
- Scrub showers, tubs, and accessible tile and grout
- Address buildup-prone areas with up to two cleaning passes
- Clean shower glass and accessible shower-door tracks
- Clean toilets, including accessible base and surrounding areas
- Clean countertops, sinks, faucets, and mirrors

Windows, Sliding Doors & Blinds
We clean accessible interior window sills and lock ledges, dust approved horizontal blinds, hand-wipe accessible plantation shutters, and clean both sides of up to two safely accessible sliding glass door panels. Window glass, window tracks, screens, and vertical or metal blinds are excluded.
Our Double-Scrub Approach
Stubborn dirt and everyday buildup may receive up to two cleaning passes where needed. Permanent stains, mineral deposits, grout discoloration, and surface damage may remain. RESET is detailed cleaning, not restoration.
Optional Add-On Services
Interior oven and refrigerator cleaning, linen changes, dishwashing, closet and pantry organizing, additional sliding glass door panels, light wall refresh, lanai cleaning, and outdoor kitchen cleaning. Please arrange add-ons in advance; pricing and availability vary.

Returning CleanFlorida customers with well-maintained homes may schedule General On-Demand Cleaning as needed, without a recurring commitment. This routine cleaning includes both high and low dusting every visit but excludes RESET's detailed hand-wiping, intensive scrubbing, and Double-Scrub Approach. General Cleaning is not available to new clients.
