As often as you would like. Most of our clients find that a bi-weekly service meets most needs. However, some clients prefer weekly or monthly visits. You can also use our service on an as needed basis, so you can just call us when you need us! Minimums apply for all services, please call our office for details.

No, you do not. If you won’t be home, either a lock box on the property or a keyed entry/garage code is needed so we may gain access. We no longer hold keys to clients property. In some instances you may have us meet a neighbor or homewatch company to let us in or leave a key under a mat for us or unlock the door. Please keep in mind that this will be your responsibility to coordinate. Please call our office for additional information.

Absolutely. Sometimes it’s just not a good fit. We have a deep pool of technicians, and there will be no hard feelings. We also don’t share with the technicians that you requested a change. It stays between management and you, the client.

Yes, we stand behind our work. If you are ever dissatisfied with an area cleaned, we will be happy to return and touch up any missed areas. We ask that you notify us within 24 hours. We value feedback and often times it helps the entire company, so we always ask for our clients to please call us. We’ll always make it right.

No, we bring our own cleaning products. If there is something that you would like us to use, just leave that out for the cleaning team and we’ll be happy to assist. We are a bleach-free company, however if you would like us to use bleach, just leave it out for us to use. Please be aware that bleach is unforgiving and we cannot be responsible for any damage it may cause. We also recommend that clients provide their own vacuum cleaner to keep the spread of pet dander and possibly bed bugs. We recommend if you have allergies or are concerned about any vacuum issues to just have one ready for us to use.

Payment is expected the day of service left at the property by either a check or cash. We require credit card information for all clients on file as well. If a check or cash is not left, we will use the credit card on file for the services.

For all regular maintenance cleanings you will most likely have a solo cleaner in your home. We have found that one person assigned to your home has proven results in a better quality cleaning along with more individual attention to your home. Our solo cleaners follow and are graduates of our Perfect Maintenance Cleaning Training and System. You will LOVE having one person who knows your home best.

For our larger homes of over 4 hours of cleaning we will assign a team of 2 cleaners. Also for all First time Cleanings, Top To Bottom, Move in/out cleanings you will see a team of two cleaning techs. With Covid and other concerns of traveling and cars/supplies accountability, having One cleaner in 2 homes during the day vs a team of 2-4 cleaners cleaning 4 homes a day per group we knew we had a safer business model for our team and clients. It’s just a safer, smarter way to do business and our cleaners LOVE it too.

For our regular recurring maintenance cleanings schedules weekly/bi-weekly/monthly you will be assigned one cleaner for your home. If that cleaner is sick or has a requested day off we will substitute them that day so you will of course still have your home cleaned. We try very hard to keep our staff assigned to your home and work tirelessly on the schedule to maintain consistency for both you and for them. We will try very hard to let you know of any changes but sometimes last minute changes occur and our goal is for you to have your home cleaned no matter what. We have meticulous notes on each recurring client so rest assured we will be there! Keep in mind if you have a cleaning that occurs every 3 weeks or you call as needed you may not always get your requested cleaning tech. Luckily we DO have an awesome pool of cleaners at the ready who are all PMC Trained and Graduates.

As of Feb 1 2021, we will no longer be key holders for your home or property. So please make arrangements to have a keyless entry installed, or a lockbox or garage code. Even a key under the mat can work(but don’t forget to leave it for us)
